The MWBE Directory Membership Requirements:
- A business, that is at least fifty-one percent owned by minority group members, or, the stock of which is owned by minority group members. For the purpose of this definition, minority group members are: Caucasian Women, African Americans, Hispanic Americans, Asian Americans, Native American Indians, American Eskimos and South Asian Americans.
- The management and daily operations are controlled by those minority group members.
